Embossed Corrugated PC Sheet

Embossed corrugated polycarbonate sheet takes polycarbonate (PC)engineering plastics as the main raw material, and adds UV and other chemical additives. It uses today's most advanced technology and equipment, and the product has excellent physical and mechanical stability, not easy to get yellow, aging, and it is tested to prove that up to 99% of the UV can be effectively absorbed and isolated. And there are almost 30 types of profiles mould, which can meet different countries and regions corrugated requirements. 

Corrugated PC Sheet Profiles

1. Good Toughness: 1.2mm embossed corrugated polycarbonate panel has the same performance compared with 3mm flat solid polycarbonate sheet;

2. Multifunctional lighting: frosted and glossy surface design make the sunlight much soft;

3. Light weight: only half weight than that of glass  with the same thickness. 

4. High Impact resistance: 25-30 times strong than that of glass and Acylic sheet.
